Focus & honour your breath.
Breathing which is the most vital presence in our life,is not being honoured the way it should.
We have to give 15 mins to ourselves, to understand how important is our breath.
This realization comes to us only when we medidate.
Although it’s a matter of practice,but my experience says that if u have the will, u get the rhythm of breathing in a meditative state in flat 3 days.(15 minutes per day only)
While breathing, when u are introduced to your 7 chakras,it feels divine,and yes meditation takes you closer to the CREATOR.
Once u are attuned to it, u will feel the magic working on you. Its gives u immense belief,strength & positivity in you.
